Sierras to the Sea – Mountains to the Mediterranean
This unique linear walk traces old paths established a thousand years ago when the Axarquia was a main silk producing region. On route, you stay in three pretty white villages dating back to Moorish times when silk cultivation was the major source of income. The first three nights are spent in Canillas de Albaida, the next two nights in Frigiliana and the last two nights in the coastal village of Maro. Airport transfers are provided along with transfers to trail heads and the transportation of bags between hotels. Walks are tailor made to suit individual walking preferences

The holiday starts in Tarifa, the most southerly point of Europe where you stay for two nights , The next thre nights are spent in the Chefchaouen, the stunning ‘blue town’ in the Rif moutains. The last two nights are spent in the Imperial city of Fés for onward travel in Morocco or departure from Fés airport
